Employed
BY YOU
Every Unipad is made by a woman. Start to finish. More than 150 underprivileged women make these reusable pads with love. It gives them opportunity to work with dignity and support their families.
Distributed
BY WOMEN
Unipads are distributed by women. We call them Kalyanis. This village level entrepreneur program enables them to fulfill the need-gap present in villages. They also help eradicate taboo at grass root level while becoming a provider of safe hygienic menstrual solutions.

It starts with
EDUCATION
Every year we conduct free menstrual hygiene (MHM) awareness sessions for Adolescent girls in schools, hostels and community centres. So their first step towards menstrual hygiene is informative, sustainable and free of any worries.

THE PLANET
One Unipad kit replaces 180 disposable plastic pads a year. So far Unipads have impacted the lives of 1.4 million girls & women which resulted in preventing 252 million disposable pads from being dumped into the landfills which otherwise would have taken 600-800 years to decompose.
